I got on the Uptown 5-train at Union Square tonight around 6:30pm and was seated - I noticed after Grand Central there was two women, one obviously pregnant, with a small child and so I asked them if they would like the child to take my seat. The woman said "yeah ok" and so sat down in the seat with the child on her lap and giving no thanks to me for giving up my seat which one would think someone socially apt would do. The two women were conversing in front of the child very loudly and dropping mother-f'ers and other choice words and the pregnant one in the seat holding the child kept mentioning about her baby kicking and then the little girl in her lap said something I could not hear and the bigger woman standing slapped her across her face telling her to "watch your mouth in how you talk to her", causing the child to scream and cry. The woman went on to say "Enough of this shit, I'll give you something to fucking cry about". The two women laughed and then went on conversing with the pregnant one telling the child she could have ice cream as they were all staying up tonight past 2am. The pregnant woman was drinking out of a bottle and I could swear I smelled vodka. She was telling the other one how she is happy because she has money for "smoke" and "stamps for food and that"s all I need - I can get hot meals with it now at that place - three Philly cheese steaks a day and getting high and I'm happy- some places also give me cash for the stamps". She also went on to discuss who she gets weed from (her next door neighbor) and how she don't need to be walking up and down the street looking for smoke. She also went on to say how she just got out of a program for 21 days and was telling the little girl she would get her back soon and told the other woman she didn't have to go back to court until June so her urine will be clean by then so she had nothing to worry about smoking now. At 149th street we all got off the train and switched to the 4-train where I was now able to retrieve my camera from my bag and secretly record them making a drug deal on the elevated track and meeting someone when they got off at 183rd & Jerome in The Bronx. The pregnant one said "I haven't come up here to The Bronx in a long time". The pregnant woman in the video complains about others getting on her about being pregnant and getting high and she don't wanna hear it because she is gonna be herself and not care what they think because it's her business. Do you know these women or this child? Please contact NYC ACS (Administration for Child Services) and point them to this video with their names and info. I just called NYC ACS and talked to "Beth" and she told me I needed names and addresses so they could send a case worker there and that they don't have investigators to try and I.D. them from my video and pics because "there's so many people in NYC". I did explain there were many clues I heard and documented here and that are in the video that any good investigator with access to city databases could I.D., but again was told I needed names and addresses.
